ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed, to punish the respondents for disobediences of the interim order dated 17.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19994 of 2021. By the said interim order dated 17.09.2021, this Court granted an interim stay of all further proceedings of the order dated 14.09.2021 of the Conservator of Forests, Dharmapuri Forest Region, the second respondent.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, I am inclined to close this Contempt Petition with a direction that the respondents shall maintain the status quo. However, liberty is given to the respondents to file appropriate application before this Court for vacating / modifying the order.
