(4)The cost of preparing copies of survey maps and records-of-rights under this Chapter for distribution to landlords and tenants shall be deemed to be part of the expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this Chapter.Explanation. - The word "tenure" in this Section includes all revenue free and rent free tenures and holdings within a local area, estate or tenure.
