(2)Fees payable to a Controller shall be paid by a crossed bank draft drawn in favour of the Controller of Explosives to whom the payment is made. The bank draft shall be drawn on any nationalised bank payable at the station where the office of the Controller to whom payment is to be made is located. Fees upto rupees one hundred in each case may also be paid in cash at the office of the Controller concerned.
