Section 16 in Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council Act, 2019
16. The Executive Council.
- There shall be an Executive Council for the Council consisting of the following members of the Governing Council, namely:(1)the Vice-Chairperson;(2)the Member-Secretary;(3)one of the Vice-Chancellors (State/Central/Private), nominated by rotation by the Government for a period of one year;(4)4 (four) educationalists/ academicians/ professors nominated by the Chairperson other than the Members of the Governing Council;(5)Director, Higher and Technical Education.
