1. After some arguments, counsel for the Appellants states that she would like to withdraw the present appeal, with liberty to approach the Arbitral Tribunal by way of an amendment of its statement of claim.
2. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Appellants would be free to exercise its remedy of amendment of the statement of claims, in accordance with law before the Arbitral Tribunal.
3. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
