Section 24(2) in The West Bengal Public Libraries Act, 1979
(2)in section 11, for the first paragraph, the following paragraph shall be substituted :-"Out of the three copies delivered pursuant to clause (a) or the first paragraph of section 9 of this Act, one copy shall be sent to the Central Library, and the remaining copies shall be disposed of in such manner as the Government may from time to time determine.".
