- Every proceeding before the Board shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of Section 193 and Section 228 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 and the Board shall be deemed to be a Civil Court for the purpose of Section 195 and Chapter XIV of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.Chapter-VI Conciliation Proceedings
