Section 6(ii) in The Public Prostitutes Registration Rules, 1977
(ii)The application shall be in writing, [shall be accompanied by a payment of Rs. 5 as registration fee] [In rule 6 (ii) words in brackets added by Notification 12-S dated 9th October, 1933 published in Government Gazette dated 3rd Katik, 1990.] and shall state the name, parentage, caste, age, residence and business of the applicant and shall be signed and verified by the applicant in the manner provided for signing and verifying the plaints by the Code of Civil Procedure.
