7. University shall remain open to all irrespective of sex, religion, class, colour, creed or opinion.
- No person shall be discriminated against or be excluded from any office of the University or from membership of any of its authorities or from admission to any course oi study leading to a degree, diploma or other academic distinction on the grounds of sex, race, cried, caste, class, place of birth and religious belief or political or other opinion.
