Section 21(g) in Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority Regulations, 2016

(g)In all cases of transfer, ownership change, a processing fee of Rs. 10,000.00 for plot area up to 1.00 acre and additional Rs. 2000.00 per acre for land in excess of 1.00 acre shall be charged.
