Section 2(2) in Uttarakhand Official Language Act, 2009
(2)orders, notifications, rules regulations and bye-laws issued by the State Government under the Constitution of India or under any law made by Parliament or the Legislature of the State; and(b)all or any of the Official Purposes of the State :Provided that the State Government may by general of special order in this behalf permit the use of International form of Indian numerals for any Official purpose of the State.
