Section 52F(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Forest Act, 1987 (1930 A.D.)
(1)The Authority shall, subject to any rules that may be made by the Government in this behalf, have power to regulate its own procedure in all matters arising out of or connected with the discharge of its functions, in consonance with the principles of natural justice.
