Civil Writ Petition No.3375/2023 (Back Office Vs. Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax) and an interim order has also been passed on 22.02.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also places reliance on an order dated 16.11.2022 passed in D.B.Civil Writ Petition No.16879/2022 (Parshvanath Finvest Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Income Tax Department & Anr.).

Mr.Murari Lal Chandoliya, Income Tax Officer is present in person on behalf of the respondent - Department and he is directed to seek instructions in the matter.
