Section 14(11) in A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2015
(11)Subject to the provisions of the Statutes and Ordinances and the approval of the Executive Committee, the Vice-Chancellor shall have the power to suspend, discharge, dismiss or otherwise take any disciplinary action against the staff of the University after giving them reasonable opportunity to defend their part.
