19. Finance Committee.
(1)The Finance Committee shall review finances, consider the annual budget estimates, the statements of accounts and the audit reports and make recommendations thereon, to the Board.(2)The constitution, powers and functions of the Finance Committee and the term of office of its members shall be such as may be specified by the Statutes.
