Section 5(c) in M.P. Abolition of Proprietary Rights (Estates, Mahals, Alienated Lands) Act, 1950
(c)all trees standing on land comprised in a home-farm or homestead and belonging; to or held by the outgoing proprietor or any other person shall continue to belong to or be held by such proprietor or other person;
