Section 21(l) in Andhra Pradesh Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2012
(l)Every licence holder shall maintain a folder containing the nursery act and rules updated from time to time and also orders, instructions issued by the Commissioner of Horticulture (m) Undertake to release for sale or distribution only such Horticulture plants as are completely free from any kind of pests or disease;
