78. Scope of debate on Select/ Joint Committee reports.
- The debate on a motion that the Bill as reported by the Select Committee of the House or the Joint Committee of the Houses, as the case may be, be taken into consideration shall be confined to consideration of the report of the Committee and the matters referred to in that report or any alternative suggestions consistent with the principle of the Bill.Amendments to Clauses etc. and Clause by Clause Consideration of Bills
