Section 10(2) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Evacuees' (Administration of Property) Act, 2006
(2)Where by reason of any action taken under sub-section (1) any person has ceased to be entitled to possession of any evacuee property, he shall on demand by the Custodian surrender possession of such property to the Custodian or any person [duly] [Inserted by Act XXIII of Svt. 2007.] authorised by him in this behalf.
