Section 24(5) in Rajasthan Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors and Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives Registration Act, 1964
(5)to recognise educational or instructional institutions, schools, colleges for the purpose of training in basic as well as post certificate/post graduate nursing, midwifery, health visitors and auxiliary nursing-midwifery courses and to appoint examining bodies, for the purpose of holding examinations for registration under this Act;
