70. Application of Act to certain existing chitties.
- The provisions of this Act save those contained in section 3, section 4, section 8, section 9 and section 15 shall, so far as may be, apply to chitties started before the commencement of this Act in the Malabar district referred to in sub-section (2) of section 5 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 (Central Act 37 of 1956).
