9. Filling up of casual vacancies.
- If a casual vacancy occurs in the membership of the Corporation due to cessation of office, resignation or otherwise, such vacancy shall be filled up by fresh nomination under section 4, and the member so nominated shall hold office for the unexpired period of the term of office of the member whose place he fills.
