One of the question for consideration in the instant petition is whether petitioners were directly appointed under North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. ( NBPDCL) or through contractor/ agency. Petitioner counsel is hereby, directed to produce copy of the agreement communicated between the contractor/ agency . Further mode of payment made to the petitioners ,materials shall be placed on record before next date of hearing.
