(3)or (4) of Section 22 of this Act, or an order has been made under Section 23 or 24, any Magistrate or Police Officer may require any person who contravenes or is about to contravene the same, to desist or to abstain from so doing and in case of refusal or disobedience, may arrest such person. Any such Magistrate or Police Officer may also seize any object or article used or about to be used in contravention of the aforesaid notification, order or notice and the object or articles seized shall be proceeded with according to the order of the Chief City Magistrate.
