Section 73(3) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(3)The Registrar shall be the ex-office secretary of the Executive Committee and any other Committee set up by the Council. He shall participate in the discussions but shall not function as a member of the committees whether by way of voting or otherwise.
