Learned Advocate for the applicant after arguing the matter for some time seeks leave to withdraw the application, with liberty to prosecute the revision application filed before the Sessions Court, challenging the order of issuance of process and to come before this Court subject to the decision of the revisional Court.
2. The application stands disposed of, as withdrawn. Liberty to take recourse to available remedy after decision of the revision application is granted.
3. Considering the nature of dispute, learned trial Judge shall dispose of the revision application expeditiously and in any case within three months.
