This is a Miscellaneous Application filed by the revenue seeking rectification of the order passed in ITA Nos. 13 & 14/JP/2016 dated 29.07.2016. In the Miscellaneous Application the revenue has requested to rectify the mistake occurred in mentioning the assessment year.
It is noticed that a typographical mistake has occurred at page 1 of the above captioned order dated 29/07/2016 while typing the Assessment Year as " 2010-11 & 2012-13". The mistake is being rectified and read as under :-
"ITA Nos. 13 & 14/JP/2016 Assessment Yer : 2011-12 & 2012-13. 2
MA NO. 189/JP/2016 Ashiana Ispat Ltd.
Except the above change in the assessment year, there is no other change in the above captioned order.
In the result, Miscellaneous Application is allowed. Order is pronounced in the open court on 07/02/2017.
