Section 845(2) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(2)Where any extraordinary local expenses, such as, boat hire, have to be incurred in service or execution of such process, a sum sufficient to cover such expenses shall be paid in cash by the party concerned and sent by postal money order to the Court of which the process is sent for service or execution.
