Section 52(1) in Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008
(1)The Metropolitan Development Authority may by resolution direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder may also be exercised by any Metropolitan Development Authority or local body or officer or the Government or any other body, in such cases and subject to such condition, if any, as may be specified therein.
