Section 11 in The Gujarat Industrial Relations Act, 1946
11. Recognition of undertakings and occupations.
- The Registrar may after making such inquiry as he deems fit, recognise for the purposes of this Act-(1)any concern in an industry to be an undertaking;(2)any section of an undertaking to be an occupation.
