Section 105(i) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Employees Service Regulations, 1975
(i)The Board may, during the course of discharge of the functions enjoined upon it by the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies Employees Service Regulations, 1975, cause an inspection to be made, of the records of a Co-operative Society or call for such records for its perusal. It shall be encumbent upon the Secretary of the society and the society to make available to the Board of the Officers, authorised by it in this behalf such records of the society as are required by them for inspection or perusal.
