50. Admissibility of leave to temporary teacher made permanent.
- If a temporary teacher is, without interruption of duty, appointed substantively to a permanent post, his leave account will be credited with the amount of leave, he would have earned by his previous duty if he had performed it while holding a permanent post substantively and debited with the amount of leave actually taken during his temporary service.
