Section 6(3)(a) in Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management Act, 2005

(a)Except as provided under the first proviso to sub-section (2) of section 5 no deviation in meeting the obligations cast on the State Government under this Act, shall be permissible without approval of the State Legislature.
