(ii)Director/Additional Director[/Joint Director] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 74, dated 20.9.2010 (w.e.f. 9.6.1997).] of the Department will be authorised to sanction the interest on payable amount upto the actual date of issuing the authority.
