Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1968
1. Short title and extent:
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1968.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
