Section 20(c) in Uttar Pradesh excise Settlement of Licenses for Retail Sale of Country Liquor) (Eleventh Amendment) Rules, 2019
(c)In case any licence is cancelled or surrendered in accordance with the provisions of these rules, regular settlement of the shop shall be done as soon as possible by the Licensing Authority through the process of e-tender in mid-session after giving public advertisement. The intimation of aforesaid settlement shall be sent forthwith the headquarter.
