Section 26 in Wild Life (Protection) Punjab Rules, 1975
26. Notice to the claimant.
- On receipt of the claim made under rule 25, the Collector shall serve a notice [in form No 10-A] [Inserted vide Punjab Notification No. 46(2)ET.3-79/2587 dated 24.2.1982.] upon the claimant requiring him to appear at such place on such date as may be specified in such notice either in person or through an agent authorised by him in this behalf and to produce evidence, oral or documentary in support of the claim.
