Section 10(1) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(1)The roll for every constituency shall be revised either intensively or summarily or partly intensively and partly summarily, as the Project Authority may direct with reference to the qualifying date, i.e. 1st January of the year in which it is so revised.
