Section 13(i) in Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi (Crusher Unit Gur, Khandsari) (Compounding of Market Fee) Order, 2019
(i)If any dispute arises in respect of payment of any amount of lump sum payment it shall be decided by the concerned Market Committee, by a speaking order, after giving the parties reasonable opportunity of being heard.
