Section 19(4)(b) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Act, 1959

(b)in any other case, it shall be paid to the person found upon inquiry in the prescribed manner to be the guardian of such minor or person suffering from disability-
(i)according to the personal law which he is governed, or
(ii)appointed by a competent court, of authority:
