Section 20(1) in Karnataka Co-Operative Societies Act, 1959
(1)No member of a society shall have more than one vote in the affairs of the co-operative society.[Provided that where the State Government is a member of a co-operative society, each person nominated or deemed to have been nominated by the State Government on the committee of such co-operative society shall have one vote.]
