                          1.              1.       This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Jatni-Opposite Party No.1 and the Superintendent of Police, Khurda-Opposite Party No.2 to provide adequate protection for access to its property in Plot No.143/1813, Khata No.718/298, Admeasuring 217800 Sq.Ft., Chaka No.39 in Taraboi Mouza under Jatni Tahasil in the district of Khurda.

3. In course of hearing, Ms. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner works out its remedy available under the Code of Criminal Procedure. She, accordingly, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

4. In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
