Section 5(1) in Uttarakhand Disaster Mitigation, Management and Prevention Act, 2005
(1)The State Government, shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish an Authority to be known as the Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification.
