Section 123(1)(b) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964

(b)for so long as any of the following are being supported by him the deceased's widow if not re-married, any sons of the deceased under eighteen years of age or eighteen years and over if incapable of self-support by reason of a physical or a mental infirmity; any unmarried daughters of the deceased.
