On the basis of the Finalised lists, village wise, workwise, jamabandi in the Form prescribed under general supervision of the Irrigation Inspector shall be prepared by the Amin in which all particulars concerning each cultivator shall be brought together and totalled and kept with Amin as a permanent record duly signed by the Executive Engineer or Canal Deputy Collector.
