been awarded and executed as stated across the Bar. 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in that case, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the special leave petition with liberty to pursue such other appropriate remedy, as may be permissible in law. We have no difficulty in accepting this request. The special leave petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed.
However, we are not expressing any opinion, either way, on the maintainability of such other proceedings, to be resorted to by the petitioner. That issue be decided by the concerned court/forum on its own merits. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
