Section 16 in The Bihar Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) Act, 2006
16. Protection against action taken in Good Faith.
- No prosecution, syit or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against the Government, the Authority or any other officer of the Government or any member or other employees of the Authority for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act, or the rules made thereunder.
