Section 28 in Mother Teresa Women's University Act, 1984
28. Constitution and functions of Faculties:-
(1)The University shall include such Faculties as may be prescribed by the statutes.(2)The constitution and functions of the Faculties shall, in all other respects, be such as may be prescribed.(3)Each Faculty shall comprise such departments of teaching as may be prescribed in the statutes.
