Section 79(1) in Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014
(1)Where no appeal has been presented under section 71, in respect of a matter arising out of clauses (c), (d), (e), (f), (g) and (i) of sub-section (3) of section 69, the decision of the Planning Officer shall be final and binding on all the parties.
