Section 33(1) in The M.P. Nagariya Sthawar Sampatti Kar Adhiniyam, 1964
(1)No suit or prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any servants of the State Government for anything which is in good faith done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
